On April 21st, 2026, it is more than just a dinner; it marks the grand opening of a monthly odyssey through Italy's flavours. This evening marks the first in a curated series of events exploring the gastronomic treasures of the Bel Paese, honouring its diverse regions, authentic ingredients, and time-honoured traditions.

For this inaugural event, we have designed an itinerary that celebrates the harmony between Land and Sea:
